If you remove the www folder, your site should still load correctly.
If you delete the public_html folder, you will need to restore a backup before the deletion takes place. HOST can use a backup to complete the restore of an account; for more information on our automatic backups, see:
Contact our support by Support for assistance in completing a restore or if you do not need a restore, but would like the public_html folder fixed.
