How to create an email signature with webmail?

Institutional emails are usually accompanied by an institutional signature, this can be created from your email interface, the signature is a small image with the company data of between 70 and 100 pixels high by between 300 and 400 pixels wide. It can be created by following the steps below:

 

  1. Enter your institutional mail ⇐ enter the link for more details.

  3. Select "Identities", then press the default email, add another one with the "Create" button, complete the configuration data as desired. To add the signature you must click on the Image Icon.Configuracion firma

  9. Edit the size of your signature, you can add more data, but the signature usually has all the data to avoid adding it later. When finished, press "Save" to save the signature. Guardar-firma
  10. Once you have created your signature, you can add it to your emails. In case it is not displayed in your inbox, press the "Signature" button, then the image icon as shown in the reference image, with this your signature will be visible. Firma de correo insetada
